Job Description:
• Consult with Customers about their problems and service needs
• Receive Customer calls of request for Products and Services
• Enter ,Track and Update Customer Orders
• Inform Customers of New Products and Service available
• Act as Advocate for the Customer to ensure they get their need met
• Reports to Operations Manager and Marketing V.P
• Interacts with Shipping, Scheduling and Production to assure t customer requirements and time frames are implemented
